Refunds: thirty days
Every product listed above carries a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Write to support@slipperdigital.com or request it through Gumroad, which is the merchant of record for these sales and processes the refund.
Two things follow from a refund, and they are worth stating plainly:
- A refund ends the rights that purchase granted. If you are refunded for the Pro Kit, the right to use the methodology in paid client work under that purchase ends with it.
- You delete the assets that purchase supplied. Files delivered only by the refunded purchase should be removed from your systems.
A separate purchase you have not refunded keeps its own terms. Refunding a Commercial License does not disturb a Pro Kit you bought and kept.
After thirty days, fees are non-refundable. A licence terminated for material breach of the licence restrictions is terminated without refund.
Delivery and access
All six products are digital and delivered immediately on payment through Gumroad. There is nothing to ship and no waiting period. The tools run in your browser from files you download; they are not a hosted service, and your figures stay on your own machine.
Because they are downloaded files rather than a subscription to software we operate, an expired licence does not delete anything from your computer. What ends at expiry is the right to keep using the premium material in new commercial work, which is covered below.

None of these is a transfer of ownership. The methodology and the assets remain the intellectual property of the Licensor; what you are buying is a licence to use them.
The attribution line
Client-facing deliverables built on this framework carry a discreet methodology acknowledgement, in the form "Methodology adapted from the SaaS Revenue Stability Infrastructure™". This is a condition of the licence and it applies at every commercial tier.
It names the framework and nothing else. It does not disclose that you hold a licence, what you paid, or anything about your commercial arrangement with your client. Displaying a licence verification link beside it is optional and entirely your choice.
Renewal, expiry and cancellation
The Annual Commercial License renews automatically. Founding buyers renew at $797.60 a year for as long as the licence remains continuous. To stop a renewal, cancel at least 14 days before the renewal date, through Gumroad or by writing to support.
If a licence lapses and you later take out a new one, the new licence is at the then-current standard rate rather than the founding rate.
When an Annual Commercial License expires without being refunded:
- What ends: use of the eight engine tools and their manuals, white-label rights across the assets, and additional consultant seats.
- What continues: the Pro Kit permissions included in the licence, for paid advisory work using the methodology, the diagnostic and the client-delivery templates.
- Work already under way: engagements in progress at expiry may be completed under the terms of the agreement.
The Lifetime Commercial License has no annual expiry and nothing to renew.
Support
Support is by email at support@slipperdigital.com. It covers delivery problems, access problems and questions about what your licence permits. It is not a consulting retainer, and it does not include running the diagnostic on your behalf or reviewing your client work.
Who you are contracting with
These products are published by Slipper Digital (slipperdigital.com). Gumroad acts as merchant of record for the sale and handles payment, tax and refunds.
Agreements for these products are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are resolved first through good-faith negotiation and then through binding arbitration seated in Nigeria and conducted in English.
