Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 June 2026
Welcome to Slipper Digital. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Slipper Digital Inc. ("Slipper Digital," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of slipperdigital.com, our Knowledge Hub at hub.slipperdigital.com, and our tools and products (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
On this page
1. Using the Services
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services — for example, by attempting to disrupt them, gain unauthorised access, scrape them at scale, or use them for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or limit access to anyone who violates these Terms or threatens the security or integrity of the Services.
2. The knowledge libraries
Our knowledge libraries are provided free for your personal and professional learning. You're welcome to read, search, and reference them. They are offered for educational and informational purposes, and while we work to keep them accurate and well-sourced, we make no guarantee that every answer is complete, current, or suited to your specific situation.
3. Not professional advice
In particular: our legal content is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer–client relationship; our fitness and health content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional; and our financial, business, or real-estate content is not financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. Always consult a qualified professional licensed in your area before acting on anything you read here. Decisions you make based on the Services are your own responsibility.
4. Products & purchases
We offer digital products such as templates, checklists, playbooks, prompt vaults, and software-style "operating systems." Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time. We try to describe products accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions are error-free. Some items are sold in tiers (for example, individual systems versus a full suite); the specific scope of what you receive is described on each product's page and checkout.
5. Payments & refunds
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. By buying a product you also agree to Gumroad's terms, and payment, invoicing, and delivery of the digital files are handled through Gumroad. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may not include taxes that Gumroad applies based on your location.
Refunds: because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case and in line with Gumroad's refund process and applicable consumer law. If something is wrong with your purchase or you didn't receive access, contact us at support@slipperdigital.com and we'll work to make it right.
Revenue Stability Infrastructure products are different. The six products in that range — the 44-Bottleneck Checklist, the Diagnostic Toolkit, the Pro Kit, and the commercial licences — carry their own Revenue Stability Infrastructure terms, including a stated 30-day refund window rather than the case-by-case handling above. Where those terms and this page disagree, the product-specific terms govern for those products; an executed Commercial License agreement governs over both.
6. Your licence to use products
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or personal purposes. Unless a product's page expressly says otherwise (for example, an "agency" or "team" tier), you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or repackage the product or its contents. Higher tiers may grant broader internal-team use as described at purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The Services — including the knowledge libraries, tools, products, text, design, logos, and software — are owned by Slipper Digital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The name "Slipper Digital" and our product names and logos are our marks. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you; you receive only the limited rights expressly stated here. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.
8. Waitlists & early access
Some products are offered through a waitlist or founding-cohort sign-up before they launch. Joining a waitlist expresses interest and lets us contact you — it is not a purchase, a guarantee of access, or a guarantee of any particular price, feature, or launch date. Details of products in development may change, and some may not launch at all.
9. Third-party services & links
The Services rely on and link to third parties — including Gumroad, Kit, Cloudflare, and GitHub — and may link to other external sites. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any result will be achieved from using them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slipper Digital and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. To the extent we are found liable for anything, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before it arose (or, where you paid nothing, a nominal amount). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slipper Digital from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Changes to the Services and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree that disputes will be handled in the courts located there — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence give you additional rights. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
