Revenue Stability Infrastructure™ See license terms
The Commercial License

Run the methodology as your own.

The commercial license to run the SaaS Revenue Stability Infrastructure™ in unlimited paid client engagements — the 44-bottleneck methodology, the boardroom deliverables, and now all eight interactive repair engines, white-labeled under your firm's brand.

The methodology now ships with working repair engines.

Until this edition, the eight engines were specified in the framework — the workflows, the playbooks, the dashboards each one calls for. They are now built: eight interactive instruments your clients run in any browser. Every license, annual and lifetime, now includes the full suite.

What the framework diagnoses
Where the revenue is leaking.

The 44-point diagnostic scores every bottleneck across seven layers and models the ARR at risk. It is a complete picture of what is broken — the instrument you walk a client through to find the leak.

What the engines now do
And the engine that repairs each one.

Each engine turns a layer of the diagnosis into a live tool: enter the numbers, read six scored KPIs, see the leaks ranked by a fixed priority score, with the dollar figures shown alongside, and run the prescriptive calculators that name the exact move. White-labeled under your firm's brand, in every engagement.

Eight engines. One per revenue layer.

Every engine runs the same architecture — raw numbers to a ranked, dollar-weighted repair plan in four steps. This is what your clients now experience when you deploy the methodology.

What the premium tier adds on top of the Pro Kit.

The Pro Kit ($497) gives you the methodology and the delivery assets, and you can already use them in your own paid client work. The Commercial License adds what the Pro Kit does not carry: the eight interactive repair engines, white-label rights so deliverables go out under your brand rather than ours, and seats for anyone else in your firm who delivers.

Right 01

Unlimited paid client engagements

Use the SaaS Revenue Stability Infrastructure™ — the 44-bottleneck framework, the 7-layer model, the 8-engine repair architecture, the 5-tier scoring rubric — in unlimited client engagements over the license term. No per-engagement fees, no royalties, no usage caps.

Right 02

White-label rights for deliverables

Rebrand the Client Report Template, Proposal Template, and Workshop Facilitation Guide under your firm's name. Attribute the underlying methodology in a small line on the back page; otherwise, the deliverable is yours.

Right 03

Add consultant seats as your team grows

Your license covers one delivering consultant — you. Each additional consultant on your team who delivers client work under your firm's brand is a flat $497 seat. No royalties, no per-engagement fees — one seat per delivering consultant.

Right 04

Methodology updates & new releases

Annual License: receive all updates and new releases during the active license term. Lifetime License: receive every update and release, forever, including future expansion modules (e.g. industry-vertical adaptations as they ship).

For three categories of serious operators.

The Commercial License is calibrated for operators who bill clients (or run their own operating company at enough scale that the methodology compounds over years). Find yourself below.

Consultants & Boutique Advisory Firms

You bill clients for revenue strategy work.

You're a fractional CRO, a RevOps consultant, or a boutique advisory firm with a small senior team. You bill clients $5K–$50K per engagement and want a defensible methodology spine for every engagement you run. The license pays for itself within 1–2 engagements.

Fractional CROs & In-House Operators

You run revenue for multiple companies.

You serve as fractional CRO or Head of Revenue at 3–6 portfolio companies simultaneously. You need a structured instrument you can deploy across each portfolio company without re-inventing the methodology. One license covers all portfolio companies you serve.

Multi-Entity Operating Companies

You run revenue across multiple SaaS entities.

You're a Group CRO at a SaaS holding company, a private equity operating partner managing 5+ portfolio SaaS companies, or a SaaS conglomerate where each business unit needs to run its own quarterly diagnostic. The license covers all subsidiary entities under common ownership.

— What the license doesn't grant

For clarity, the license is not:

  • The right to resell the methodology as a standalone product (e.g. you can't sell "your own version" of the Toolkit)
  • The right to publish the methodology as a book, course, or paid training without separate written permission
  • The right to remove all attribution — a small back-page line must remain on derivative deliverables
  • A perpetual transfer of the IP — the underlying methodology remains the property of the original creator
  • A franchise opportunity — the license is for your use, not for re-licensing to other firms

Annual or lifetime. Your choice.

Both tiers grant the same commercial rights. The only difference is term length and total cost. Three years of annual comes to $2,592.20, being $997 then two renewals at $797.60. Lifetime is $2,497. The two are about $95 apart, so the honest way to choose is by how long you expect to run paid engagements: under three years the annual tier costs less and keeps the exit easy, past three years lifetime wins and keeps winning. Founding-cohort pricing is shown below; after the founding window, standard rates are $1,497/year (Annual) and $3,497 (Lifetime), and founding buyers keep their locked-in rates.

Honest questions, honest answers.

Are the eight engines included — and what are they?

Yes — every license now includes all eight interactive repair engines and their operating manuals. Each is a browser-based decision tool: enter a client's numbers, read six RAG-scored KPIs, see the leaks ranked by a fixed priority score, with the dollar figures shown alongside, and run two prescriptive repair calculators. They are the decision layer you run in an engagement, not software that replaces a client's CRM — and they white-label under your brand like every other asset.

How is this different from the $497 Pro Kit?

The Pro Kit is the methodology plus the delivery assets, and it already permits paid client work. Its proposal template, outreach scripts, workshop guide and client report exist for exactly that. The Commercial License adds three things the Pro Kit does not carry: the eight repair engines and their operating manuals, white-label rights so client deliverables carry your brand instead of ours, and seats for each additional person in your firm who delivers. It also contains the complete Pro Kit, so it stands on its own.

Do I need both the Pro Kit and the License?

No. The License download contains the complete Pro Kit — the diagnostic, the methodology brief, the 61-page framework, the boardroom deck, and all four client-delivery templates — alongside the eight engines and their manuals. Buying both would mean paying twice for the same files. If you already own the Pro Kit, email support@slipperdigital.com before you license and your $497 comes off the price, so the annual tier costs you $500 and lifetime costs you $2,000.

Why is the lifetime license only 2.5× the annual cost?

Founding-launch pricing. The Lifetime License is priced as a "pay it forward" signal — operators who commit lifetime get a meaningful discount relative to year-3 renewal economics. After the founding window, the standard Lifetime License is $3,497 — founding buyers lock in $2,497.

Can I share the license with my business partner?

Your license covers you as the delivering consultant. A co-founder, partner, or sub-contractor who also delivers client work under your firm's brand needs their own seat — a flat $497 each. If they want to run a fully separate practice under their own brand, they need their own full license.

What happens if my license expires?

When the Annual License expires without a refund, the premium permissions end: use of the eight engine tools and their manuals, white-label rights across all assets, and additional consultant seats. You keep the included Consultant Pro Kit permissions for paid advisory work with the methodology, diagnostic, and client-delivery templates. Engagements already in progress may be completed under the agreement. The $797.60/year founding renewal rate applies while your license remains continuous. If it lapses and you take out a new license, that one is at the then-current standard rate. The Lifetime License has no annual expiry. Refunds are governed by the agreement's separate refund provisions.

What about NDA / confidentiality with my clients?

Your client engagements are entirely your own commercial relationship. The license imposes no reporting requirement, no royalty obligation, and no duty to disclose your commercial terms or your client list. We never learn who your clients are, and they never learn what you paid. What does appear on client-facing deliverables is the discreet methodology line required by § 04 — "Methodology adapted from the SaaS Revenue Stability Infrastructure™" — which names the framework, not your license or its terms. Showing a verification link beside it is optional and entirely your choice.

What if I just want to try the methodology without committing to a license?

Start with the $147 Toolkit. It is the diagnostic and the methodology behind it, licensed for use inside your own company, so run it on your own practice or one portfolio company first. When you want the full delivery pack, the Pro Kit adds the framework, the board deck and the client templates. When you want the eight repair engines, white-label rights and seats for your team, that is the License, and it contains everything below it. Whatever you have already paid in this product family comes off the next step, so email support@slipperdigital.com before you upgrade.

What's the refund policy?

30-day no-questions refund on the License, the same window as every other tier. After 30 days the license is non-refundable, in keeping with industry standard for commercial IP licenses.
